Dealing with State Farm my insurance company on the other had was awful. State Farm drug out the process as long as they could to approve my damage. Once the job was approved 800 new look had a new roof on my house within a week. The new roof looks amazing and they cleaned up nicely. Thanks Brian for keeping me informed through the process. We hired 800 New Look when we had extensive damage on both of our homes due to a hailstorm. They did a fabulous job on our new vinyl siding and new shingles on our roofs and sheds. I was impressed from the beginning with 800 New Look. They are very professional and know exactly what and how to do there job. TheGeneral Mgr. inspected the roof and even came back to work with the insurance inspector.From the insurance company. This made me feel I was in good hands. The team at New Look worked extremely well with us when doing major structural roof repairs for my mom due to wind damage. They made sure we understood what they were doing and that we understood why. They ran into unexpected work due to a poor quality job not caught by the township inspector several years ago and took care of that as well as the originally identified work. They helped me while working with a challenging insurance adjuster and helped to make sure the insurance paid the claim appropriately. I would gladly work with 800 New Look again and recommend them highly.
